There are so many positive things about Synergy Builders. First they actually explain the process with the homeowner; have a "hands on" approach; meet with you as often as necessary; and have only the finest quality professionals working in their crews. Top notch artistic tile installer, electrician, plumber, painter and cabinet makers are all part of their team. Because we had a terrible experience with a previous job Jason was very sensitive to our hesitation to have workers in our home so he stayed on site for the first week until we realized that the people working in our home were totally trustworthy. This says a lot about the integrity of Jason and Troy Howard. They were all very considerate of our schedules and needs.

The initial project was to remodel only the master bath but as we moved along we would ask if new lighting or whatever could be added to the master bedroom and without missing a beat they agreed and simply revised their plan. They totally adapted to requested changes without missing a beat. What a wonderful working relationship we had not only Troy and Jason but with their entire crew!

Not enough could be said about their quality workmanship! They utilized only the best professional standards and used quality workers. The end result was a better than expected remodeling project that led to other home projects.

In December we had a roof leak that did significant damage in our bedroom and office. After obtaining several bids, we chose to go with Synergy Builders to do the repairs.

Not only do Troy and Jason Howard of Synergy have a professional team that does impeccable work, but they are all really nice people. They were concerned about our schedule and comfort, and went out of their way to do little things to help us out. They even helped us assemble a piece of mail order (assembly required) furniture that required expertise we don't have. We couldn't have done it without them!

They kept the inconvenience of a major house repair to a minimum, and did a marvelous job. First, let me say that Synergy Builders is a pleasure to work with. Construction projects are typically minefields littered with uncertainty, misunderstandings, and frustrations. Troy and Jason Howard do a remarkably good job of helping their customers to identify their own needs and to understand the many engineering, design and financial choices involved in every project. When things don't go according to plan -- they fix it. When we change our minds -- they adjust. They may have done some grumbling back at the office, but we have never heard even the tiniest complaint. They are "good' people who do a great job.

Synergy Builders has built us a large greenhouse and a small commercial kitchen. They have also helped us with a number of smaller home repair and remodeling jobs. We would always consider Troy and Jason our "first option", and would recommend them to others without qualification.
